Residence 80 is a low gabled roof, split-level, L-plan bldg; detached one-car garage w/ flat roof; open porch extending across front of the one-story, W wing & connecting to the flat roofed garage. A 6' wide porch has an enclosed vestibule at the E end at the front door.

East elevation has kitchen and living-dining areas. The two-level wing has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on the upper level and 1 bedroom, storage and laundry room and half-bath on lower level.

The garage has a 4-light garage door, entry door opening onto the front porch and windows. Siding is horizontal 1 x 10 weatherboard.
