Short Physical Description:
A 45' x 28', 1.5-story federal-period, side-gable, tabby cottage w/a stucco exterior, 4 bays, a central chimney, & 4 window dormers. Attached shed porch has chamfered posts & 2' high brick & stucco balustrade. New stucco finish.
